We are looking for a talented hands-on backend team leader to lead one of our Engineering teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead your team to success. Balance short-term needs and long-term goals. Work closely with the Group manager, VP of Engineering, and tech lead, coordinate with the team members, help solve problems, and maintain a high level of product quality, working in an interesting and cooperative environment following Agile concepts and methodologies.

Requirements:
" BSc in Computer Science with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming
" Minimum 3 years experience of hands-on leading a team in Agile methodology
" Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development of complex systems
" Proficient in JAVA, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
" Experience with Kafka, and Docker - a must!
" Experience with SQL- a must
" DBs - Postgres, Mongo, or Cassandra
" Nomad, Consul - advantage
" Networking, security - advantage
" Strong Leadership skills - Hands-on, ability to inspire, motivate, train, and manage the team to meet high goals
" Experience with Open-source development model- Advantage
" Experience with Cloud environments (AWS) - Advantage
" Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
" Design, build, TEST, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable JAVA code
