Who we are: Knapp, one of the top 3 automation companies in world, develops and manufactures intelligent warehouse systems using the latest solutions in digitalization, software, automation and robotics.

In this position you will:
- Be an integral part of the companys management and report to Knapp Israels CEO.
- Develop and strengthen KNAPP Israels distinctive service brand.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for developing, leading, and managing employees, while leading continuous improvement activities across all sites.
- Responsible for customer service cost budget.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Ensure professional cooperation with the corporate service department.

Requirements:
- Experience managing multi-site teams at a strategic level.
- Understanding of automation/operation/manufacturing industry.
- Strong customer service experience and management.
- Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes.
- Mechanical / electrical education (eng. or practical).
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
