We are looking for a hr specialist to join our HR team. As the HR Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process in our office.
* Sourcing potential candidates through online and offline channels, conducting screening processes, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers.
* Coordinating HR projects, such as meetings, training sessions, surveys, and events.
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.

Requirements:
What you will bring 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering and IT Recruiting Must Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles – Must
* 1+ years of proven experience as an HR Admin, Staff Assistant, or in a relevant human resources/administrative position, preferably in a tech company – Advantage
* 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering and IT Recruiting – Must
* Technical expertise with the ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles – Must
* Basic knowledge of labor laws – Advantage
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Must
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* A self-starter with a proven ability to work independently
* Languages: English – High level, Hebrew – Fluent
