Social Media Specialist

As part of our exciting growth, we are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to own and enhance our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone early in their career, with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and community building. Youll be the driving force behind our engagement with online audiences, ensuring our brand is visible, impactful, and part of the right conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation - Craft, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to showcase our industry leadership and brand personality.
Community Engagement - Monitor social channels, actively respond to comments, and initiate discussions to foster meaningful interactions and grow our audience.
Trendspotting and Real-time Marketing - Stay on top of industry news, trends, and relevant discussions, and create timely, engaging content to participate in key conversations.
Online Reputation Management - Monitor mentions of us and contribute to shaping our brand narrative through proactive engagement.
Group & Forum Participation - Identify and join relevant online communities to engage with target audiences and establish us as a thought leader in workforce payments.
Event Support - assist with sourcing, planning, and organizing logistics for industry events, webinars and conferences, ensuring our impactful presence.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and paid media expert to amplify efforts.
Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, followers, mentions) and present regular reports with insights and recommendations.
