Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for turning data into strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Reporting: Develop and deliver clear and concise reports and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Strategic Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.t

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Statistics, data Science, or a related field.
Experience: No prior experience needed.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI ).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
