Head of Sales

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales with a track record of building and running successful sales departments in SMB-focused companies.
This is a hands-on role: the Head of Sales will actively dive into direct sales, closing deals and building pipelines, while also crafting and leading a comprehensive sales strategy. The Head of Sales will create a scalable playbook, establish onboarding processes, set measurable goals, and gradually hire and build a team as the company grows.

Responsibilities
Hit sales targets: drive and close deals directly with clients, while leading the sales team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting SMBs.
Design and document a robust sales playbook to drive consistency and success.
Lead onboarding and training for new sales team members to ensure readiness and alignment with goals.
Establish KPIs and tracking systems to measure team and personal sales outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the sales strategy with product and customer success initiatives.
