We are looking for a Product Design Team Lead to revolutionize the photographic industry. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dynamic team, providing both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement in designing solutions that amplify our innovative edge. You will lead the product design team, ensuring that our app and web experiences not only meet but set industry standards for excellence and consistency.
Responsibilities
Strategically lead and inspire the product design team, establishing creative direction and aligning projects with our strategic goals.
Mentor and develop product designers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Manage and refine design processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative product strategies.
Directly contribute to design efforts by crafting wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that illustrate design intent and functionality.
Conduct and apply UX research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs, directly influencing design decisions and improvements.
Uphold and advocate for high design standards, ensuring all solutions are user-centric, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with our brand identity.

At least 5 years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing design teams.
Expertise in using Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
Proven ability in UX research and its application to creating compelling and effective design solutions.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of enhancing team performance and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
Deep commitment to delivering customer-focused and innovative design solutions.
At least 5 years of experience in product design, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing design teams.
Expertise in using Figma and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
