We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer to join our team as the first Generative AI Projects Engineer. This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of next-generation AI projects that will drive our company's growth and set new benchmarks in the insurance industry. This position requires hands-on coding capabilities to use generative AI solutions and other cloud-based technologies.
You do not need to be a data Scientist but a great engineer with a builder mindset that can solve business problems using generative AI and other cloud technologies
Generative AI is the future of software development. It is a new engineering domain, and we are looking for a technical leader with a hands-on attitude to build the infrastructure, process and use cases we have already defined.

Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
7+ years of software development experience - a must
Experience in researching new technologies and building prototypes from vision a must
Hands-on experience with projects integrating AI technologies/services a must
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, JAVA, Go or similar a must
Experience with Cloud Computing using AWS Cloud a must
Experience with search solutions such as ElasticSearch or others a must
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation.
A track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects from conception to deployment.
Ability to complete tasks End to End - from design and implementation to continuous deployment in production.
