Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Were seeking a Talent Acquisition recruiter to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment roles, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (comeet), Social Media platforms and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent across various disciplines, particularly in engineering.
Hiring Process Ownership: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop comprehensive hiring plans.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, social media, and job boards, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct thorough screening interviews, reference checks, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Candidate experience: Build and maintain a strong relationship through effective communication and engagement with potential candidates.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
