We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales department. This role is critical in driving our business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing strategic partnerships. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will be responsible for managing the sales team and engaging in the full selling cycle of our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the SaaS and Finance / Payment industries, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and build high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand our customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and product offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Analyse sales metrics and data to measure performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely insights.
Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and solutions.

5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS and Financial / Payment industries.
Strong understanding of the Payments landscape.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with HubSpot and sales enablement tools.
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the SaaS and Financial / Payment industries.
