Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Learning and Development, business, product management, or related areas).
Proven experience in managing and executing Learning and Development programs or similar initiatives.
Strong interest in product management, technology, and operational excellence.
Awareness of emerging trends and solutions in Learning and Development and the tech industry.
