What youll be spending your time on: 
Lead Learning and Development Initiatives: identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs that empower teams to excel.
Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Organize and coordinate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and forums to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Develop and Maintain Learning Resources: Create, curate, and document learning materials, best practices, and guidelines in a centralized repository for easy access across the organization.
Embed a Culture of Excellence: Work closely with teams to integrate continuous learning and improvement into daily workflows, ensuring every team member is equipped to succeed.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Research and integrate innovative Learning and Development tools and strategies from the tech world to keep our teams at the cutting edge.
Enhance Communication Channels: research and innovate communication channels and best practices to share cross-organizational knowledge to drive team successes.
Support Capability Building: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align development programs with business needs, enhancing team performance and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred fields: Learning and Development, business, product management, or related areas).
Proven experience in managing and executing Learning and Development programs or similar initiatives.
Strong interest in product management, technology, and operational excellence.
Awareness of emerging trends and solutions in Learning and Development and the tech industry.
