? Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to demos, negotiations
and closing.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with finance teams and C -level executives
across segments and verticals in North America.
? Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
? Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to deliver
seamless client experiences.
? Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
? Act as the voice of the customer sharing feedback with internal teams and contribute
to refining our value proposition.

Requirements:
? Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales (Mid-Market/Enterprise), with a proven track
record of driving revenue growth, exceeding targets and achieving meaningful results
in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
? Education: A bachelors degree is a plus, but not required. We value talent from all
backgrounds and understand that the best candidates dont always follow traditional
paths.
? Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey
complex ideas effectively to finance teams and C -level executives.
? Mindset Adaptability: Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented focus,
thrives on exceeding targets, driving growth, and continuously improving.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
? Flexibility: Openness to occasional travel and collaborating across time zones.
