Define and lead the company’s IT strategy and infrastructure architecture. Lead and deliver cross-organizational IT projects end-to-end. Drive adoption of AI tools to improve internal productivity. Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide hands-on support globally. Oversee help desk operations (including US contractors). Own and maintain office IT environments, networks, and lab infrastructure. Enforce IT and security policies across endpoints and networks. Manage vendors, subcontractors, and IT service providers. Administer and optimize Google Workspace and Microsoft environments. At least 3 years of experience as an IT Manager. Proven experience leading and implementing complex technical projects. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles. Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. Experience with identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle automation via SCIM/directory sync). Experience with endpoint management and MDM platforms across multiple OS environments. Experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., EDR) and handling security incidents. Familiarity with modern security architectures (e.g., Zero Trust, secure access controls, DNS filtering). Experience managing network/security appliances (e.g., UTM, VPN, firewalls). Experience with SaaS lifecycle management, including access governance and license optimization. Strong communication skills, service orientation, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Self-managed, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
