We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate with experience in onboarding payment providers and a strong understanding of global pay-in and payout solutions. In this role, you will support the entire onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of payment providers into our systems.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on the latest innovations and trends in the payments and FinTech space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding Payment Providers: Manage and support the onboarding of global payment providers, ensuring complete documentation and smooth integration into our systems.
Global Pay-in/Payout Solutions: Assist with the operation of global pay-in and payout providers, ensuring smooth transactions across different regions.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (business development, operations, product, R&D, compliance) to streamline the onboarding process and support provider integration.
FinTech & Payments Trends: Stay up to date on developments in both traditional payments and cryptocurrency, and help the team explore new opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation: Track onboarding progress, document key updates, and ensure successful integration of payment providers.
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in onboarding payment providers or a similar role within the payments industry.
Knowledge of global pay-in and payout methods (e.g., bank transfers, credit cards, alternative payment methods) and familiarity with cryptocurrency payments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of compliance requirements (KYC, AML).
