Manager of Engineering

*** המשרה בדרום **** • Manage the engineers team members -Plan and coordinate the work • Provides professional training and mentoring as needed • Conduct team members performance reviews, including measurables KPIs. • Participate in the mechanical design of the product. • Mechanical engineering, 10+ years of experience in mechanical design of multidisciplinary products and actuated mechanisms. • 5 years of leading and managing an engineering department. • Experience in design from concept to implementation through all design phases. • Experience with task management tools. • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office, with “hands-on” experience in assembly of mechanisms and practical engineering. • Creative, with “out of the box” mindset, team-player and with great communication skills. • Fluent in English – Fluently English
