About the Role:

You’ll own and execute FinBot’s sales and revenue strategy while actively participating in every step of the process. You'll combine high-level vision with deep operational involvement, from leading sales teams and closing deals to optimizing funnels and testing new channels.

What You’ll Do:

Define and drive FinBot’s revenue growth strategy
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales and CSM team
Take a hands-on role in sales execution: meetings, pitches, and closings
Collaborate with marketing and product to optimize go-to-market efforts
Own KPIs, CRM flows, sales playbooks, pricing models, and forecasting
Be a key player in shaping the company's strategy as part of the leadership team

Requirements:

8+ years in sales/revenue leadership roles (preferably in SaaS or fintech)
Strong hands-on execution skills—you close deals, not just manage teams
Deep understanding of B2B/B2C models and digital acquisition
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building things from the ground up
Data-driven, growth-focused, and an excellent communicator
