Field Engineer Team leader

Supervises and leads a field service engineer for the management and successful execution of the company's experiments and projects.
Managing the pipeline between our customers and the company, proactively identifying business opportunities within existing projects, initiating business solutions for customers and then escalating to account managers for execution.
Lead and manage large-scale demo systems for potential deals or capabilities featuring both pre-sales and post-sales demo system deployments.
Provide after-sales support including system delivery, installation, training and implementation.
Development and implementation of service strategies and policies by ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
Definition of product requirements and cutting edge improvements in command and control functionality.
Involved in strategic planning and collaboration with all departments.
Managing adaptation of projects to different platforms

Requirements:

BS.c in relevant engineering field
3+ proven experience in a similar position
Familiarity with radar systems - a major advantage
Previous experience in the defense industry - an advantage
Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
