Marketing & Communication
Design, development, and implementation of local marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products and services in alignment with the HQ global marketing strategy
Development of marketing communications materials (advertisements, banners, articles, videos, press releases, invitations) to promote products, services and events
Organization and coordination of customer events, fairs, seminars, webinars Office Manager:
First point of contact for visitors/clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Providing active support to the Managing Director and the team in all organizational and administrative tasks,
Taking care of facility tasks, contacting outside contractors or building maintenance, keeping inventory stocked for all kitchen & office supplies
HR Generalist
Acting as a local point of HR topics, supporting and advising the managers and employees in HR-related matters
Carrying out administrative HR work from recruitment to the termination of employment relationships
Driving the recruitment process, including the preparation and publishing of job adverts, identification of high potentials by actively searching and approaching candidates, conducting interviews with candidates and onboarding new candidates
Preparing the relevant documents for the monthly payroll process, responsibility for HR performance processes (bonuses, benefits)
