We are seeking an exceptional Technical Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Participate in a team leading an extraordinary international space program, integrating new satellites and capabilities with state-of-the-art technologies into a unified eco- system.
* Analyze customer requirements, specifications, architectures, and operational concepts.
* Manage projects and contribute to design, development, marketing, and business development efforts.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze and solve complex system -level challenges.
* Research new technologies and solutions for next-generation systems.
Advantages:
* M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Exact Sciences.
* Familiarity with space vehicles.
* Knowledge of software development.
* Understanding of IT infrastructure, including data centers, networks, and cloud technologies.
* Experience in managing international subcontractors.
* Proficiency in software development languages and tools (e.g.,.NET, C, Python, MATLAB, etc.).

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in EE/CS/AE or M.Sc. in Exact Sciences with outstanding academic records.
* 5+ years of experience in designing and developing complex technological systems ( system of systems).
* 3+ years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary technological projects ( system of systems).
* Hands-on experience in writing technical documents (e.g., specifications, PRDs).
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* A passion for technology and innovation.
* Strong desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; self-motivated.
* Exceptional self-learning and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
