As part of the role:
Providing services in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to clients in various sectors accompanying companies in sales processes, capital raising and more.
Writing business plans, performing valuations and preparing investor presentations as part of the process.
Working as part of a professional team and opportunities for growth and development in the field.
Hybrid work model (two days working from home).

CPA Required.
2-5 years of experience in Financial Consulting/Mergers and Acquisitions/Capital Raising/Valuation Required.
High level English and Hebrew (reading, writing and conversation) Required.
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency Required.
Previous experience in writing business plans and preparing investor presentations Advantage.
High analytical ability, high expressiveness, business understanding and high learning ability.
Willingness to work hard, ambition and curiosity.
