The world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services is seeking a Senior Billing & Collection Specialist.

Guidance and ongoing support for billing & collection team coordinators.
Initiation and management of cross-functional projects.
Issuing fee invoices in Hebrew and English for the firm's clients.
Monitoring and reconciling account data with the financial system.
Tracking issued invoices and providing regular reports to relevant stakeholders.
Ongoing collection from the firm's clients, responding to client inquiries about invoices, handling complex cases, and problem-solving.
Managing work routines with various work interfaces as well as with senior functions within the firm.
Conducting regular meetings with management teams, driving action, and performing analyses.

Full-time position in a hybrid work model.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role a significant advantage.
Service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a team.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to conduct meetings.
Previous experience in process implementation and management an advantage.
Proficiency in Office programs, particularly Excel (data processing and analysis capability).
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Ability to work with multiple interfaces.
