The world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services is looking for a Billing & Collection Specialist.

The role includes working in a team, which involves generating fee invoices, handling the firm's client collections, and managing internal work interfaces.

What you will do:
Issuing fee invoices in Hebrew and English for the firm's clients.
Monitoring and reconciling account data with the financial system.
Tracking issued invoices and providing regular reports to relevant parties.
Ongoing collection and providing responses to the firm's clients.
Managing work routines with various interfaces and senior functions within the firm.
Conducting regular meetings with management teams, driving action, and performing analyses.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role a significant advantage.
Service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and ability to work in a team.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including the ability to conduct meetings.
Proficiency in Office programs, particularly Excel (data processing and analysis capabilities).
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Ability to work with multiple interfaces.

Additional Skills:
Technological aptitude and quick learning ability for new systems.
Personal initiative and ability to solve problems independently.
High level of organization and order.
