Were looking for a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding, ensure smooth setup, and provide proactive support to help them achieve their business goals.

We are a Marketing Automation platform helping Ecommerce brands drive growth, retention, and revenue through email marketing.
We are working 100% Remotely.
Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Setup: Lead onboarding sessions, assist with platform setup, and create customized onboarding plans.
Training Strategy: Train clients on features, email marketing strategies, and automation. Provide strategic advice on campaign optimization.
Client Support: Be the main contact during onboarding, proactively resolving issues and ensuring a smooth implementation.

1-3 years of experience in B2B customer success, onboarding, or account management, preferably in SaaS or Marketing Automation.
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client success.
