You are Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). You are strategically aligning our human resources initiatives with business objectives, tech-savvy and analytical, data-driven, and love learning new technologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in HR to foster a culture of performance, engagement, and continuous improvement while managing complex employee relations and organizational development efforts. You’re a critical thinker, able to see how we can improve ourselves and our challenges as a department and team, fostering a positive company culture. You thrive in fast-paced high-performing environments, work under tight deadlines, and enjoy this challenge. You will Act as a trusted advisor for managers, providing coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management and HR policies Lead and implement HR initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement Analyze workforce trends and metrics to provide insights and make recommendations for talent management and organizational development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives, fostering a safe environment and enhance organizational culture, for employees to flourish and align with business objectives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting audits and implementing necessary changes as required Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and implementation of global HR initiatives.
