A successful cybersecurity startup is seeking an experienced Red Team Expert to lead advanced attack simulations, uncover vulnerabilities, and provide actionable insights to clients. This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites. The company works with major defense organizations, global insurance firms, and other leading entities, offering exciting opportunities to collaborate on high-impact projects.

This is a full Remote position that includes occasional travel to client locations.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Red Teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation- a must.
- Strong skills in exploit development, evasion techniques, and scripting ( Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
- Familiarity with attack frameworks like MITRE ATT CK and tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
- Certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, or CRTE are an advantage.
