Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and executive management.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Strong background in hardware developmentmajor advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution in a startup or fast-paced environment, including diverse projects across various disciplines such as sales-related activities, hardware, NPI (New Product Introduction), and procurement.
Excellent project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with joint HW-SW processes.
PMP or other project management certifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Previous experience in a startup environment or with new product development.
