What are we looking for?

• At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing strategic enterprise clients (Enterprise CSM / Key Account Manager) in a technological environment – mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong professional presence, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex processes in a multi-stakeholder environment and driving employees and managers without direct authority.
• Experience working with large organizations, complex enterprises, the public sector, or government authorities – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with data and using AI, GenAI, and automation tools to optimize processes and improve service – an advantage.

The role includes:

• Leading strategic processes and managing partnerships with major clients and organizations.
• Developing work plans, establishing management routines, and working closely with senior leadership.
• Gathering and analyzing business needs and requirements.
• Coordinating across Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Tracking projects and tasks, measuring customer satisfaction, defining success metrics, and driving continuous service improvement through data, AI, GenAI, and automation.
