The Product Management team is a group of Product Managers and Product Owners each focusing on different functional products.
The team works closely with the organization's R&D, Support, Professional Services, and Sales team.
Hours of Work / More important information for you:
Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model.
This is a full-time position.

What will you be doing in this role?
Oversee the bi-weekly sprint planning process, ensuring alignment with the annual work plan. Collaborate closely with the development team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Roadmap Management Manage the roadmap work file.
Cross-Team Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for other organizational stakeholders.
Customer Engagement.
Feature Discovery and Design.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth customer transitions, timely resolution of development blockers, and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
About You experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelors degree in business, technology, or related fields.
3+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or mobile technology.
3+ Years of experience managing backlogs and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful features.
3+years of experience in Agile frameworks and backlog management.
3+ years experience working with customers, leveraging an analytical mindset to interpret data and customer feedback to drive meaningful insights.
3+years of experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel for roadmap and backlog management.

Professional experience in a library setting.
MBA.
