Product Management Team Lead

Role Description-

• Serving as a Product Group Lead / Senior Product Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Product, blending direct people management with high-impact, hands-on product ownership.
• Leading and mentoring a talented team of 3–4 Product Managers, providing professional guidance, driving execution excellence, and fostering skill development.
• Defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization across core pillars of the AI-native SecOps platform.
• Championing new AI-driven product initiatives, conducting continuous market/competitive analysis, and directly influencing the company's product trajectory and growth.
• Partnering closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions from conception to commercial launch.
• Interfacing regularly with enterprise security leaders (CISOs, SOC managers), gathering deep domain feedback, and translating complex SecOps workflows into high-value product capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven direct people management experience leading product managers – Mandatory
• 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in Product Management – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background and domain expertise in B2B SaaS Security – Mandatory
• Proven track record within fast-paced, high-growth technology startups – Mandatory
• Deep experience working closely with enterprise customers, defining roadmaps, and delivering complex enterprise-grade software products – Mandatory
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving abilities, and fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
