We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead one of our Growth teams. You will build new growth engines for HoneyBook that leverage our ecosystem - our community and potential partners. Youll collaborate with cross-functional partners and influencers to build new product experiences, drawing on data, insights, and best-in-class product sense.
You'll partner with designers, engineers, QA, and our data team to achieve your goals. You will be a key leader for a brilliant group of folks and be directly responsible for our activation key business metric.
Here are a few of the things you will do:
Identify and experiment with building new viral growth loops that are based on the inherent dynamics of our platform, with a specific focus on our customers clients who has the potential to become our customers as well.
Work closely with our partnership team and lead the creation of seamless integration with other services and platforms that compliment HoneyBooks value proposition.
In addition, you will collaborate with our marketing teams on our biggest go-to-market initiatives - You will be part of shaping the strategy and lead the execution from the Growth side.

Be product-minded. Customer empathy is paramount. Focus on how customers use our workflow/business management products through user data and optimize our platform to make it work the way our customers work.
Be a growth hacker. Identify and optimize new growth engines. Deeply understand early customers needs to create an amazing early activation experience. The goal will be to build a strong funnel end to end.
Be a strong operator. Flawlessly execute on the details of your strategies to ensure product launches, feature updates, and other initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional craftsmanship.
Be a connector. You will live at the intersection of marketing and product development, and focus on customer acquisition through activation.
