We are a leader in OT Security, and our Delivery team plays a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. As trusted advisors, we support our customers by implementing our solutions, helping them achieve their goals, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Domestic and international travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage our solutions, including: Deployment planning and execution, Configuration and health check, Optimization and enablement, Troubleshooting.
Execute project plans: Coordinate various project phases, from initial planning through implementation, Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Communicate effectively to identify and resolve issues, create solutions, and improve processes.
Contribute to the creation of best practices and training materials.
Work closely with customer support, product management, R&D, marketing, and sales on: Deployment techniques, Feature requests, Product issues.

Requirements:
2+ years' experience in professional services or a similar role, preferably in cybersecurity products.
Strong technical skills in networking and security tools.
Experience with installing and supporting production network and computer security systems.
Familiarity with: Docker containers and VMs, Linux systems (primarily Debian distributions), Database querying (Postgres).
Experience with endpoint visibility and IDS tools, as well as active/passive discovery techniques.
A proactive, "hands-on" approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both online and in-person.
Experience working with global customers is a plus.
Knowledge of Operational Technology, the Purdue model, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and IoT is a plus.
