Program Manager- Product & Engineering

We are looking for a collaborative and experienced Program Manager to make an impact on how we operate as we take the next leap in shaping the future of DevOps.
As Program Manager, you will drive new processes for the entire program while steering through the different R&D teams and other departments, from planning to delivery, while ensuring clear visibility using advanced methods. You will work closely with R&D, Product Managers, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Executives, and more.
As a Program Manager you will...
Lead cross-company initiatives and hold E2E plans, be the executor who drives progress, hold the forum to track updates, and facilitate decision-making
Manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, from inception to delivery
Collaborate with Product and Engineering, mid and upper management to ensure alignment with the companys strategy, commitments and goals (OKRs)
Drive and facilitate the annual roadmap planning and track the quarterly scope lockdown
Be a central player in developing the procedures, choosing the tools, and determining how to manage our programs
Own the process by nurturing learning, knowledge sharing and driving the adoption throughout the organization.
