Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers.
Cultivate team skills through training and mentorship.
Ensure team meets recruitment targets through effective monitoring.
Manage recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to key stakeholders.
Optimize recruitment workflows and implement process improvements.
Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks and challenges.
Allocate workload and set priorities within the team.
Personally handling (hands-on) strategic and senior-level positions.
Establish strategic partnerships with internal interfaces and key stakeholders.
Serve as escalation point and resolve challenges and bottle necks throughout the process

Requirements:
5+ years in a managerial role.
3+ years of recruitment experience including senior positions.
Proven track record in recruitment metrics management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT.
Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Excellence in stakeholder communication.
Proactive, service-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.
Fluency in English

Proven track record in recruitment metrics management.
