Process all customers orders, forms, applications and requests
Manage sales administration
Shipment administration
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Provide pricing and delivery information
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate customer POC

Requirements:
Working knowledge in shipping and customs procedures
Exceptional communication skills
Very good English - Spoken and Written
People person - this role requires interactions with internal and external customers
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of relevant computer applications - Excel, ERP (Priority).
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
Full time job and flexibility to support working hours on different global time zones
Take the extra mile to engage customers
