We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Act as the customer's focal point.
support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of the products.
Identify and analyze the customers needs and translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company.
Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the clients needs and those of the company.
Optimizing customer performance.
Growing Revenue.

Requirements:
2-3 years experience as B2B Success Manager/Account manager Must (Experience from FinTech companies will be considered as an advantage).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Must.
BA in Economics/Business Management - advantage.
Experience in the online industry (Online trading, Gaming, Crypto) - advantage.
Knowledge of development lifecycles & working with R&D teams - advantage.
Experience working with international customers - Advantage.
Fluent English (written and spoken) - Must.
Excellent analytical skills & working with MS office tools - Must.
Methodical approach to delivery, with attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks & thier risks.
Customer-facing, excellent interpersonal skills, Self-motivated, details oriented, self-managed, team player.
