Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) is a leading, well-established, company in Israel for providing technological solutions in the worlds of FinTech, Invest Tech, Legal Tech, and Business Tech (BT). We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Specialist with strong technical skills and excellent customer service orientation to join our support team and to be the main point of contact for our customers through various channels to ensure their success and satisfaction. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in the role. The position involves providing technical assistance to the companys customers, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the companys products and services.
Requirements:
* toStrong technical understanding of operating systems, networks, and software.
* Familiarity with CRM or ticket management systems an advantage but not mandatory.
* High-level English proficiency reading, writing, and speaking.
* Self-learning skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent customer service orientation and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
