Engineering Manager

we are looking for a best-in-class Engineering Manager to help us build an industry-leading solution for managing the entire lifecycle of construction projects. In this role, youll lead a talented development team tasked with creating innovative, cross-platform components for our construction platform. Youll work closely with Product and UX counterparts to shape the teams roadmap, set strategy and vision, and establish engineering best practices to drive meaningful impact and growth.

Responsibilities :
Inspire, lead and mentor a global team of developers across Israel.
Collaborate with global teams, located in multiple GEOs, and build strong partnerships
Drive multidisciplinary technological stacks in the team Backend, Frontend, Mobile, and QA
Execute the product roadmap, with emphasis on quality, time to market, and engineering excellence
Hire and train new engineers and support the team's growth
