Leading fintech company developing trading systems is seeking an experienced QA Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the QA team
- Design and implement QA strategy for trading applications
- Establish testing processes and quality standards
- Manage end-to-end testing cycles
- Drive automation testing initiatives
- Work closely with development teams to ensure product quality

Requirements:
- 4+ years QA experience, 2+ years in management
- Strong background in financial/trading systems testing - Advantage
- Expertise in test automation
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Nice to Have:
- ISTQB certification
- CI/CD experience
- 4+ years QA experience, 2+ years in management
- Strong background in financial/trading systems testing - Advantage
- Expertise in test automation
