Design advanced 3D structures for packages, boards, and IPs to enable the highest interface rates in Switch BU solutions.
Develop innovative solutions for complex signal integrity challenges.
Guide package and board designs to implement these solutions effectively.
Conduct and analyze high-speed measurements to validate designs and optimize performance.
