Were seeking a Product Design Team Lead to guide the UX for SMS & Email product. In this role, youll collaborate with various teams to ensure our product creates meaningful user experiences and drives design excellence.
What Youll Do:
Lead the SMS & Email Product Design team, shaping our design vision and helping bring it to life.
Mentor and support team members across different regions, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Get involved in all stages of the product development process, ensuring that user experience is a priority in our product decisions.
Build strong relationships with colleagues in Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Business.
What Youll Do:

Requirements:
2+ years of experience leading a team of designers.
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, with a portfolio that highlights your work.
A solid understanding of design research and execution methodologies.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
A proactive approach to projects, ready to contribute your design expertise when needed.
Excellent communication skills in English, with a knack for building open and friendly conversations.
Nurturing team dynamics and ensuring everyone feels valued and heard.
Decisive in making design choices that align with business goals.
Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
