we are looking for a Program Manager to join the Project Management department, responsible for leading end-to-end projects. As the Program Manager, you will have complete accountability from engagement to launch for all planning, commitments, and on-time delivery to inbound and outbound customers. In addition, you are expected to facilitate, synchronize, and track the progress of the various cross-company teams (Development, Product, infrastructure, QA, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

The Program Manager will report to the Program Manager team leader in the Projects Department.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Focus on managing cross-department programs
Drive detailed schedules and timelines to meet the company and the project goals
Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in time, and work with technical leaders from multiple teams and management to solve them
Help engineers and team leaders remove barriers and clarify priorities
Participate in Program status meetings and communicate the project progress, risks, and solutions to the management
Facilitate our group processes and execution, continuously improving our work

Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in Program/Project Management of cross-department programs
Experience in complex SW R&D projects, SW development, and release process
B.Sc. Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other Engineering related engineering field
Good system engineering view and understanding, well-organized
Team player, can-do attitude make things happen
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, cross-functional groups
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
ADVANTAGES:

Experience in SW project that went to high-volume production
Few years of experience in software development
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master, etc.)
