seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack team lead to drive innovation in our cloud-based communication solutions team. As a Senior Full Stack team lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of 9 developers (6 existing + 3 new hires) working on cutting-edge products in the cloud communication sector.
* Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.
* Collaborating with the product team, UX designers, and other R&D teams to secure our deliveries.
* Assume complete ownership over key areas of our platform, including quality of code, time estimations, deployment to production, and monitoring.
* Take an active part in the teams efforts to deliver the best solutions to our services.
* Manage, recommend, and execute improvements to our infrastructures and stay ahead with new technologies and best practices
* Lead and mentor a team of Full-Stack developers to develop our next-gen web applications.

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in managing Full-Stack teams
* Extensive experience in the design and development of web applications
* At least 3 years of experience in client-side development, preferably with React
* At least 3 years of experience in server-side development with Node.js
* Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is preferred)
* Experience with Linux environment and containers (Docker)
* Experience with Agile development, effort estimations, and timelines management Nice to have:
* Experience with JAVA Spring boot
* Experience with Micro frontend architecture
* Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
* At least 2 years of experience in managing Full-Stack teams
