We are seeking an experienced Program manager to join our Program Management team as part of our product and engineering group.
The Program manager will own the squads delivery and processes reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, Collaborate with Development, Data Science, Research and Product teams to drive successful execution of squad deliverables. The Program manager will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of our advanced AI-driven cybersecurity solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple squads, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
Partner with the Product Manager and R&D Manager to oversee the end-to-end development process for our cybersecurity solutions
Collaborate with the Director of Program Management to align squad goals with overall company objectives
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Implement and optimize agile methodologies to enhance team performance and product delivery

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the high-tech industry, with a focus on R&D
Skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Proficiency in agile project management methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and departments to ensure alignment and synergy Experience with Jira for project management and workflow optimization
Comprehensive understanding of both cloud and on-premise environments
