Recruitment Process Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, communicating with candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, supporting hiring managers and tracking progress while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth onboarding by preparing for new employee arrivals, coordinating training, meeting with new hires, monitoring adaptation and maintaining the HR system. Ensure a welcoming and effective onboarding experience.
Employee Engagement Welfare: Plan and execute personal, departmental, and corporate events that foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various teams on diverse projects to uphold and enhance Rapid Medicals reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles.
Bachelors degree in human resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Highly service-oriented.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing time and priorities effectively.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong attention to details and self-learning ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in working in a Start-Up company an advantage.
Experience with HiBob HR platform an advantage.
Experience with recruitment via LinkedIn an advantage
