Were looking for a highly analytical UX Designer with a vast experience in complex system to join our UX team.
Responsibilities:
Create concepts and detailed design for complex system and user flow.
Design wireframes, prototypes and mockups.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers , etc.)
Stay abreast of emerging trends in UX research and design methodologies for complex systems.
Perform user research initiatives with a focus on quantitative and qualitative data analysis and leverage data insights to identify user needs and pain points within complex systems.
Translate user research finding into actionable design solutions that optimize user journeys.
Job location: Central Israel

Requirements:
3 years of experience as an UX Designer with a proven track record of success in complex system design.
Master's degree in a relevant field preferred such as Human-Computer interaction (HCI).
Information Science or a related design discipline.
A Bachelor's degree in a relative field such as Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Design with significant experience in complex system design may be considered.
A strong foundation in user research methodologies and a passion for data-driven design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present complex design concepts to both technical and non-technological audiences.
3 years of experience as an UX Designer with a proven track record of success in complex system design.
