Join our team and play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI-based capabilities that help SMBs focus on their core business. As a Full-Stack Developer, youll create customer-facing features while also building robust tools and core functionalities, enabling our teams and our platform to integrate AI-driven features effectively.

Architect and implement consumer-facing AI-powered features using Vue.js, Node.js and Typescript
Identify and implement creative approaches to overcome existing large language model (LLM) blind spots and weaknesses.
Develop scalable AI solutions that empower other teams and enhance overall business capabilities
Enhance our data infrastructure, including tools like Snowflake and Looker, to support data-driven products, including data pipelines and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy impactful features that advance business solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML technologies and practices.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
6+ years of relevant professional experience in software development, using technologies such as React, Vue.js, Node.js and Typescript.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives that enhance product functionality and user experience.
Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred (Not Required) Bonus Experience:
Experience in integrating AI-powered solutions or working with large language models (LLMs).
Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methods and vector databases.
