The Social Media Marketing Specialist is expected to be a business partner across multiple clients & Social Media Platforms, using a deep knowledge and understanding of the clients business in order to create the best conditions for the right work to thrive, leading to the success and growth of both our partners clients and employees in our agency.
Responsibilities:
Manage day to day work closely with internal departments.
Develop and mentor team members; provide feedback and opportunities for growth.
Build strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understanding of client's business issues, marketing communications, and competition.
Working closely with all the publishers such as Facebook, Tiktok and others.
Have the initiative to plan and execute social media strategies and campaigns using different content.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in Social Media Marketing.
Passion for content and social media channels.
Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and social media platforms.
Apply analytical problem solving skills to deliver results.
Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions of an organization.
Strong client-service orientation.
Proven ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
Ability to lead a team effectively and provide direction through coaching and mentorship.
