We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join ou Professional Services team. As a Solution Architect, you will help bridge the gap between our technical products and our clients' needs and in delivering tailored solutions to our clients using our SaaS offerings, as part of new clients' onboarding process. You will collaborate with clients, implementation engineers, and other partners to ensure the successful deployment of our SaaS solutions, meeting the business needs of each client.
This is a #HYBRID role, based in our Ramat Gan office, and reporting into the Senior Manager, Customer Success, who is also based in Israel.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Project Scope: Work with clients to define project scope and deliverables.
Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand their unique requirements and goals.
Technical Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our platform, and its capabilities. Stay updated on industry best practices, latest technologies, and trends related to SaaS architecture and solutions.
Client Collaboration: Participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to lead the discovery phase, in which the requirements will be gathered, and communicate the proposed solution to clients. Be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical decisions and trade-offs.
Customization and Integration: Identify opportunities for customizations and integrations to tailor the solution to our client's specific needs. Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industry.
3 years of proven experience working within the cybersecurity field, and having the understanding of the cybersecurity landscape - Advantage.
Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
Experience developing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrations.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Project management experience.
Proficiency in data management, ETL processes, and integration strategies.
Experience in data modeling methodologies and advanced SQL knowledge.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 years of proven experience as a Solution/Technical Architect within the SaaS industry.
3 years of proven experience working within the cybersecurity field, and having the understanding of the cybersecurity landscape - Advantage.
Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks.
Experience developing and delivering end-to-end solutions, including customizations and integrations.
