Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in back-end technologies, providing deep technical insights.

Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and complex database structures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams through technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud orchestration tools.
Experience with performance testing and security testing automation.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role in an Agile environment.
