Were seeking a Technical Integration Engineer to connect our customers technical needs with our development team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers to work with innovative technology and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between customers and developers to ensure smooth technical integrations.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SDKs, APIs, and custom integrations.
Support internal developers by ensuring that customer requirements are accurately communicated.
Help bridge technical concepts between customer success teams and developers, ensuring alignment on solutions.
Create and maintain integration documentation, user guides, and technical resources.
Collaborate with customer success and product teams to support and optimize customer integrations.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in app development (Python, Unity, or similar technologies preferred).
SDK experience is a big advantage!
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic and detail-oriented approach.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
A customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Eagerness to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.
